At Muse Parlour, every order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
Shipping Time
Domestic U.S. orders generally arrive within 2–4 business days after shipment.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, holidays, weather, or destination.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Muse Parlour is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once shipped, Muse Parlour is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Refunds or replacements are not issued for packages marked as delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after processing.
If you receive the wrong item or believe there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at museparlourco@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
To qualify for review:
- Hair must be unused and uninstalled
- Packaging and ties must remain intact
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours
International Orders
International shipping times and availability vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
